Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

Digital products are non-refundable once generated and delivered.

When you complete a purchase on DoxPak, your documents are generated and delivered instantly. Because value is delivered immediately upon payment — and the digital content cannot be "returned" — all sales are final as a default policy.

Exceptions — When You'll Get a Full Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  1. Documents were not delivered due to a technical error on our end
  2. Documents generated were completely unrelated to your submitted product details (our error)
  3. You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)

What We Will NOT Refund

  1. Change of mind after documents have been generated
  2. Dissatisfaction with document content — we offer free regeneration instead (see below)
  3. Failure to download before access expires
  4. Documents that need customization — all documents are starting drafts by design, and customization is expected

🔄 Free Regeneration

If you're not satisfied with the quality of your generated documents, we will regenerate them at no cost. Just email support@doxpak.com with your order ID and what you'd like improved.

Chargeback Notice

Downloading your documents and subsequently filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to dispute all such chargebacks and to pursue appropriate remedies.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above:

  1. Email support@doxpak.com
  2. Include your order ID and the reason for your refund request
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours
