DoxPak is an AI-powered document generation platform that creates legal, business, and technical documents for startups. We provide one-time document generation services based on the information you supply.

3. AI Disclaimer

All documents are generated using artificial intelligence. Documents are starting drafts and do not constitute legal advice. DoxPak is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.

Users must review all documents with a qualified attorney before publishing or relying on them. DoxPak makes no representation that the generated documents are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose or jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when submitting orders
• Reviewing all generated documents before use
• Consulting qualified legal professionals as appropriate
• Ensuring generated documents comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Maintaining the security of your account and payment information

5. Account and Payment Terms

DoxPak operates on a one-time purchase model. Each order is a single transaction processed securely through Stripe. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Payment is required before document generation begins. All prices are in US dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the documents generated for your order. Upon full payment, DoxPak grants you full ownership of the generated output for your personal or business use.

DoxPak retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from service usage to improve our AI models and service quality. No personally identifiable information will be used in this process.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DoxPak to:

• Generate documents for illegal activities or purposes
• Resell generated documents as a document generation service
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your orders
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

DoxPak is not liable for any legal, financial, or business consequences arising from the use of generated documents. You use all documents at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoxPak's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of DoxPak shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class action litigation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice via email before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of DoxPak after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
